It’s Official… History Collective Archive Is Resource in “LA as Subject” Directory

According to SLNC History Collective Co-chair Michael Masterson, the SLNC History Collective (SLHC) archive is now officially listed as a resource in the “LA as Subject” directory.  The directory, originally convened by the Getty Research Institute in 1997, is a research alliance dedicated to preserving and providing access to archival material of Los Angeles history. “We are excited that the History Collective’s oral history of Silver Lake is part of this important archive,” said Masterson.  He noted that the SLHC’s Bob Herzog Memorial Collection is already housed in the permanent collection at the USC Doheny Library.
