MICHAEL AMODEO - Region 6 Representative

Michael Amodeo is first-generation American and native Angeleno who has called Silver Lake home since 2022. He began his career in public service as an assistant to a U.S. Senator and worked to elect Democrats as part of several national political campaigns, including The 2012 re-election of President Barack Obama. He has also worked in design, journalism, education and technology. Michael is an amateur musician committed to supporting creativity and the arts; an avid runner dedicated to responsible land use and protecting our natural environment; and a first-generation college graduate who is passionate about ensuring every child has access to a high-quality public education. In his role, he aims to bring a thoughtful and considered perspective to these and the full range of issues affecting Region 6 and all Silver Lake stakeholders.
