MISSION: The mission of the Ad Hoc Committee on Mely Corado Memorial is to have a dedicated working group to track and progress forward various permanent memorial options for beloved community member Mely Corado. The creation of this committee is in accordance with the motion passed at the March 2021 Regular Governing Board meeting that states, “It is further moved that we seek to find a way to permanently memorialize Mely Corado in Silver Lake through the efforts of the Neighborhood Council.”

The formation of this committee was approved by the SLNC Governing Board at the June 2nd, 2021 SLNC Regular Governing Board Meeting.
