HENRIC NIEMINEN – Region 4 Representative

Henric Nieminen is a first generation American, California Native and Los Angeles resident of 30 years. Silver Lake's multiculturally diverse community, vast variety of residential architecture and hilly topography brought him here. He has proudly called Silver Lake home for 27 years. 

 

As a frequent patron of the many eateries and cafes, its the proximity and walkability of many of the these throughout the area that strengthens his appreciation for the neighborhood. 

 

The Silver Lake Reservoir is a frequent running and walking destination, along with cycling to neighboring Griffith Park and Elysian Park. Henric has been focusing primarily on pedestrian safety and increasing urban connectivity safety by bike. He is also actively engaged with Visions and Goals, Urban Development and Preservation, Arts and Culture and the Green Committees.
